IGHALO MADE HIS LONG AWAITED DEBUT AS UNITED DEFEATS CHELSEA 2-0

United took the lead 45 minutes in the first half as Wan-Bissaka's cross finds Martial who makes no mistake heading the ball pass caballero.

Chelsea looked sharp in the opening few minutes of the game as Batshuayi missed some clear chances that should have put Chelsea upfront. Kante was subbed out after sustaining an injury 12 minutes into the game. Zouma came on in the second half and made an impact but his goal was disallowed by VAR and Maguire made it 2 for United.

Oliver Giroud came on and also made an impact with his first attempt but the goal was ruled out by VAR  for offside.
