EndSARS— Dead and injured police officers will be promoted to the next rank—IGP Adamu

 

The Inspector General of police, Muhammed Adamu has reveal that police officers who died during the EndSARS crisis and officers injured will be promoted to the next rank. 

IGP Adamu stated this during his visit to the burnt Edo police stations, he also said every policemen will continue to enjoy health insurance. 

He stated:

"While in service, we registered for Health Insurance Scheme but it stops when we retired. Now, this government said no, it is not encouraging and it is now part of the law that those that have retired from the force will continue to enjoy health insurance scheme."
